it looks like someone could of stepped on her paw.

A vet would be able to tell you what's wrong - take the kitten to one!
If someone's stepped on her paw, it could be broken or badly injured, so it needs attention. You don't know that this is the problem though, and you need to find out what it is. It's straightforward impossible for anyone on here to be able to tell you what the problem is.
ALWAYS take a pet to a vet if you're worried,

maybe she has something in it or a cut on it. or maybe she just twisted it or sprained it. id keep an eye on it and if it doesnt get any better id call the vet. hope she gets better soon good luck.
