It's a normal reaction to some of the ink. benydrill helps, but makes you sleepy. Any cortizone cream etc will help. Also, try not to scratch cuz that makes it swell more. For me, it occurs mostly where there is black ink in my tattoos, but can be anywhere.

I've had some tattoos for 5 yrs and I still get bumps and some of the lines rise at times. Lubriderm has worked well for me but Aquafor is supposed to be excellent I hear. What really helps is exfoliating before moisturizing...for me at least.

Botanical Ointment by Jeune Peau has been used by many persons with Tattoos to keep them from infection and to enhance the color. Check it out if you are interested at www.jeunepeau.com It is an herbal ointment that is all natural and helps with all kinds of rashes... but, if you think this rash is of any kind of serious nature you should see a doctor. Where do you live?
In the US (and hopefully, elsewhere) a lotion called A&D Ointment (used for diaper rash) is the BEST for something as you describe...can be found in the "Baby" products aisle, usually.

Go to the tattoo shop and ask them and then to the doctors if they don't know but they probably know what to do. Mine was like that once from the sun. Too much sun can do it.

Use the Aloe Vera plant. Just break apiece off and half it so as to expose the gel and put the gel onto it. Best for everything!

Laser off the tatoo... big mistake. No, nothing will make it go away. You are having allergy problems with the inks.

Gold Bond is great, and you can find it at your local drugstore or supermaket.
