anything that gets you up and moving will burn calories. walk, ride a bike, swim, dance, move!

Any exercise having to do with your legs will burn the most calories. Your legs are the largest muscle group in your body.

If you are into lifting, squats, leg press, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, etc are all good exercises to help.

Otherwise, running in the early morning on an empty stomach will work as well.

Diet plays a big role in everything that you do when it comes to your physical appearance.

Everything you do burns calories, including breathing and moving around. To use extra calories it is easiest to do some cardiovascular exercise like running or walking. Using a treadmill or elliptical machine. Lifting burns calories and will increase your muscular mass which takes more calories to support than fat cells. Just move around.

I would say running is very effective in burning calories but even powerwalking can do the trick.

Its very simple, you can go for a run in the morning or you can do some sit ups each day.
