Is it possible for me to lose 9-10 pounds by August 11,2007.I am working out(like a maniac)and I eat pretty healthy.When I cook my chicken they are not fried I boiled or bake them with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil or a little butter.Please help.I also want to look a little toned.

it is very possible. 9 to 10 pounds is not very much to lose in a month if you are working out and eating right you'll be fine

I'd say it's probably in reach, as long as you are doing it healthy and not depriving your body!

The healthy weight loss amount is two pounds per week. Generally three tops..going beyond that can be unhealthy.

Just make sure you exercise atleast 30 minutes a day, eat atleast 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day, and drink atleast 64 oz of water daily.

You should do fine!

Possibly, but you'll have to stay disciplined.

Make sure you are getting your fruits and veggies.

yes, it's entirely possible. exercise with diet is the key to weight loss.
