a bagel :( an apple, a soy joy bar, and a veggie sub (also a small square of dark chocolate) i've had 2 glasses of water and played 30 minutes of tennis and also gone on a walk
how am i doing today?i feel bad about the bagel :(

You seem to be doing well. Don't feel horrible about the bagel, you need some carbs. I would also get some protein in for dinner. Maybe some chicken or fish.

Good job. The bagel is not that bad considering that it's better than a lot of other things and it fills you enough to keep you away from worse things. Dark chocolate in the amount you had lowers your blood pressure. Keep it up anf you have a long and happy life in front of you. Jack Lalanne is over 90 and active.

You are doing great. The bagel is ok, just don't make it an everyday thing. But an english muffin is better for you health wise. However klajlskj k (first answer) was telling you about the detox diet, don't listen to them because it doesn't work. Good luck and keep working.

DON'T do the detox diet...it's disgusting and horrible for you. Especially if you have a pretty good appetite? I would be pretty proud of myself if I had that menu today! I wouldn't be totally worried about the bagel. Maybe go home and do 20 minutes of cardio to make yourself feel better.

So far so good. Don't sweat about the bagel. You won't gain any weight from it now that you've practically burned it off. Now add some more protein to your diet (lean chicken, fish). If you need suggestions on snacks why don't you try pretzels, unsweetened applesauce, or string cheese?

Yeah, next time, have half a bagel. And no topping.

But don't feel bad about eating. Just do what you regularly do. It sounds fine otherwise.

a bagel is not that bad unless u eaten alot of them workingout is gd 4 you 2 so continue
