I would and I have.
For $7, a shopper at the local grocery store will do it with a detailed grocery list I've completed online.
It saves time and hassle. It was also very helpful when I broke my ankle.
It also prevents impulse buys for me and "contributions" to my cart from my children. Preventing the impulse buys puts me money ahead right there!
I would probably pay up to about $11 for the service.
Family: dad 40, mom 34, kids 6,9,11.
