For the record you CAN pass HIV through breast milk, it is rare but there are documented cases of HIV infected mothers passing the virus on to their children by breastfeeding.
That being said: It's perfectly ok, there aren't any health risks involved for either of them. For them it might be a kind of a bonding experience and a way for them not to lose sight of their sexuality while so much of mom is taken up by being ... well a mom. Some men report not feeling able to see their wives' breasts in a sexual way after she has breastfed their children and may avoid a woman's breasts during lovemaking. Good for your friend that she doesn't have that problem. What your friends are doing may be a good thing for them emotionally.
As far as "using up the baby's milk. The fact that her husband might be emptying the breast can actually help her milk production. There is not a finite supply in her breast, the more you take from the breast the more it will produce. nelabis also has some very good points!

By all approach do not do it in public if it makes you uncomfortable. The ladies I see breastfeeding in public have a blanket or some thing draped over them so it is not such as you see the child together with your breast in its mouth. That's simply those I realize, most likely stroll by means of way more and do not even become aware of what they're doing. I do not see it any as any unique from giving the child a bottle. Breasts have simply emerge as so sexualized in our society that we generally tend to freak out over the sight of 1 in public. Your auto is a flawlessly well situation to breastfeed, simply hold the doorways locked in view that whilst not likely, there are nuts available in the market. I do not know if I desire desire to devour my lunch in the toilet so it is not my first option. Do what you're comfy doing, do not be swayed by means of others and what they feel is correct.

Even if you are joking around I'm going to answer this honestly. No, nothing can happen. Of all the bodily fluids that can be ingested via some form or fashion. Breast milk is the only one that is practically harmless. It doesn't transfer stds such as aids or hepatitis like blood and other bodily fluids can. And it contains nutrients that can be healthful for anyone.
The worst anyone would have to worry about is medications.

Usually there is milk left in the breast after a baby is breastfed and the mother has to pump it regularly after feeding in order to avoid mastitis (infection of the breast). A husband could be much more effective than a pump and as long as they both enjoy this, it can only do good to both.
There is nothing repulsive about a man attracted to his baby's mother's milk.
Actually, quite a few of my friends who have breastfed their babies recommend this practice before going to bed. As I already mentioned, the baby rarely manages to 'empty' a breast absolutely (unless the mother has a problem) and having mastitis (which is caused by milk left in the breast) is painful and dangerous.

Nothing will happen. Although most of us find it gross, they are both apparently consenting to it adn as adults it's their right to privacy.
