I have a Limited Edition print "Swift Fox - Great Plains Winter"

The picture plainly says that it is by Michael Dumas, on the picture itself and the artist's signature on the bottom right, but when I try to look it up, on Art.com or Allposters.com I find that this picture is credited to Jake Vanderbrink, not Dumas.

I would like to give this framed print to a friend as a Wedding gift, but not if it is a dodgy picture!

Does anyone know this picture or are you familiar with the work of either artist?

Hi again,
I think you mean Jake Vandenbrink. As their styles are very different you should be able to tell whose work it is. Vandenbrink seems to focus more on landscapes. Dumas' work is far more realistic and seems to center around animals. Look at these 2 examples below. After determining whose style, in fact, it is, I would contact the venue I bought it from and have them correct the error if one was made. I hope this helps:)
