L'oreal has this daily moisturizer in 3 different varieties: fair,medium and dark skin. You may apply it every day but make sure you scrub in the shower before u apply it. Certain areas like your elbows or knees require less lotion because the skin is thicker.
I really love this lotion because you need to apply it in a professional way or anything and you won't have any dark(er) streaks.

Cocoa butter itself, or anything with a good amount of cocoa butter in it, will even out your skin tone and make your skin more supple if you use it daily on a consistent basis.

jergins doesn't work trust me. try that vaseline kind it works miracles!
