I'm not sure if you've tried foodnetwork's website,
but try that. Look under "quick fix meals with Robin Miller"
She gives you a weekly planner and shopping lists along with her recipes.

Have I got a site for you! I love it! The gal is a Registered Dietitian, so the meals are balanced, and she provides recipes AND a shopping list!

This is such a good question! I've often thought about how nice it would be to have a weekly meal planner; that it would make my life so much easier.
