Whos the better driver..... #24, #20, or #8?

This question is not to stir up the community as MADE IN THE USA stated. People who have been in here awhile have known me not to be one sided. As for a typical Gordon fan, whatever you say. Ive been answering questions in here before your school let out jack a$$.

On the flip side, Hows everyone doing? Sorry, been busy lately.

As far as pure driving ability... Tony Stewart, hands down. Gordon is with the best team by far, and has the best crew chief. Junior remains to be seen. He hasn't had the equipment lately to show what he's made of.

Well I say that both #24 and #20 are great drivers and #8 is going to be a great driver once he gets the Hendrick equipment, but I think that #24 is by a long shot. His stats prove that, and even though Tony is a great driver, I don't know if he will ever get the kind of stats that Jeff has. I mean he has talked about doing different types of racing and everything and maybe NASCAR isnt working for him. I mean he said that he might want to retire, so you never know, if he is going to be in the sport long enough to pursue those kind of stats.

I see this question or at least a similar one posted daily.
To really answer the question you have to compare drivers only and take their cars and teams out of the equation. To do this look at their IROC stats.

Dale Jr. 0-wins
Top Money
J.G. 23rd
Jr. 59th
So it would appear Jeff is a better driver than Jr. but if you look deeper then it is clear that Jeff is not THE best active driver today.

I have to say, in my humble opinion:
Gordon has more wins;
Junior has more potential;
and Smoke has more old school "style" and is probably a better driver, especially when his temper is in check.
