It depends on what passport you hold, what your educational background is, and your willingness to learn the language. Germany is not easy, contrary to people's beliefs. Germany, moved from a country that makes citizenship for non-blood, near impossible (while making residency permits easy) to a country that allows nationalization, but makes it harder to get a permit. First of all, you have to have a trade, thats useful. If your CV says toilet cleaner, or anything like that, excpect tough scrutiny. Do you speak german? That helps. You can't get citzenship without passing a german language exam. Do you have a US, Canadian, or EU passport, this helps. These countries are deemed trustworthy. If you're from from Africa, Turkey, the middle east. You can forget it, unless you have a PhD or something. The public is already putting huge pressure on the government to do something, about the "schlechte Ausländer". I'm sorry to say this, but there are a huge amount of africans on welfare, so the people have had enough. They're revoking residency permits, denying asylum cases, etc. Did that answer your question? Good because I'm an American living in Munich. Lets see, once you get here, comply with immigration. They do not play around. First thing you need to do is register your address with the authorities. No registration means you can't : get a job, rent an apartment (you have a month to present registration papers after you move in, otherwise your contract is null), wire money, pay sign up for utilities, get health insurance. Basically, everything you need to do is impossible. By the way, you CAN'T go on a cash only basis. Doesn't work that way. Every bill must be paid via electronic wire transfer. You can't do this without a bank account. Checks. Worthless. Nobody takes checks. By the way, Germany is considered more liberal. France....they've had enough of the north Africans. Now they elected Nicholas Sarkowzy. He is proposing a law which would deny north Africans entrance, AND north Africans who misbehave, and are French citizens (naturalized) can have their citizenship taken away.

Denmark.... In Denmark if you may stay for 5 years without leaving the country REGARDLESS your status you may file for residency. (it was so before Denmark gets into European Union)
Canada DOES NOT take anybody. You must be a professional in a certain field Canada needs. Also, waiting period for residency in Canada is about 3 years and there is no guarantee they'll take you

Im not really sure how you can do that but I guess if you have citizenship or is married to somebody, its alot easier. But you have to have alot of money to live in Europe . I know that WIll Smith has a house in Sweden so I guess its not impossible to do.

Contact the embassies of the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, etc. These are the best bets. Ask them how to do it. I assume you might have to have some idea as how to support yourself with a job.
