It seems plain on its face that the vast majority of Americans want this invasion to stop. For instance illegal mexican invaders have turned New Orleans into a cesspool of anchor babies in only 3 years. Georgia and Oklahoma have said no more invaders period and dont forget the Senate amnesty bill stopped cold, what more is nessesary for the invaders to get it that they are not wanted or needed anymore?

If after the wall is put up and they still invade im afraid of what might happen next.

I saw a report that many are leaving Georgia.
No telling what state they picked as a new destination.
The federal government needs to get off it's assssss, secure the border and give all 50 states the manpower and resources to remove illegal aliens.
When all the perks of being here are taken away, they will stop. When they face jail and deportation, they will stop.
When they face starvation because no jobs are available, they will stop.
Perhaps then they will protest to their own governments to improve conditions at home, instead of screaming at ours, "We are here and we want rights we haven't earned." They could then be yelling at their government, "We are home and we want jobs, education, health care and we will get it. It is our right."

I think we are finally making progress in our demands to have our immigration laws enforced. We need more enforcement and well over the majority -- more than 75% of the U.S. Citizens want our immigration laws enforced. Florida has become a state of Foreign malls vs. English/American Malls. The toll collectors don't speak English. We can't get directions from Hotel personnel. We can't give directions about wake up calls to Hotel personnel because they don't speak English. The Bible says, "A house divided cannot stand". Well, that goes for a country divided. It cannot stand. Therefore, we must stop this "Spanish" invasion. When the punishments fit the crimes, the illegals will go back to their own countries. When the crimes of the corporations are exposed, either the corporations will leave the USA (like Halliburton) or will come into compliance. Either way, the U.S. Citizens will pick up the pieces and rebuild the nation. Let's stop with the b.s. and enforce the laws. Absolute Yes to all these cities who are passing laws to ensure that U.S. Laws are obeyed and that illegal aliens and those who hire, harbor and help them are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In lieu of deportation, put them all in prison and make them work the fields to earn their keep and pay back the U.S. law-abiding citizens for all the illegals and the corporations and businesses that have hired, harbored and helped them, have stolen from us. For every day an illegal has been in the USA, they should be required to serve a minimum of 3 months in prison. That should supply us with farm labor and really cheap labor for a long time to come. If they agree to return to their country of origin and not come back, they get a free ticket home. However, if they come back again illegally, they get the death penalty. No exceptions! Our immigration laws were passed for the safety and security of the USA and its citizens. Without enforcement, we have chaos and tyranny and much worse -- gangs, drugs, fraud, identity theft, murder, etc.

If only we'd done this 515 years ago. Our history is filled with a rollercoaster of immigration attitudes. Unless you are Native American, then your ancestors also were immigrants.

Using the terms 'invasion', 'mexican invaders', 'cesspool', and anchor babies' demonstrate the writer's distain. Are you asking for only immigration from WASP countries?

Walls don't just keep out, they also lock in.

Just off the news Yahoo.home page.....Yes== Phoenix - Arizona leads the nation in population growth. More illegal immigrants cross its border than any other in the United States. Now, in an apparent backlash to those trends, the state is leading the charge to halt illegal immigration by cracking down on employers.

it would seem that we are heading toward an east German type of separation.
pretty soon some people are going to demand that not only do we build a wall but we put armed guards on it with orders to shoot on sight.
i want all the illegals out as well as many others but what we are heading for is pretty scary.

Does the statue of liberty not read "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free..."?

Or did you forget that?

People say "if they are so hardworking, they would work hard to come in the US legally..." If the govenment didn't make it so expensive to do so (the fees to apply are more than some people's annual wages), it would be done legally...thank our "wonderful government" for this an most other problems this country is in.

What make you think its an Invasion? I don't see no army taking over our land telling us what to do? They are just people trying to make a living. Yes we need to regulate people entering our country, but you make it sound like you these are animals and not humans
