It's your wedding. There are no rules. If you want it to match, go for it, if not, then don't. As long as you two are happy and have fun.

Don't worry about it. The Army Greens aren't changing for a while and the guys who already have the Greens will probably be some of the last ones to get the new dress uniforms. (Oh by the way they will be like a light navy blue) So go ahead and plan your wedding with the colors you have. I really don't think it's going to affect you as much as you think it will.

The uniform color goes with any other colors you choose. A colored tux is different, but a uniform will stand out as something special regardless of your wedding colors. My son was recently married and their primary wedding color was blue - his uniform is green. Still looked great. Congratulations and have a wonderful and lovely wedding!!!

My husband and I were married two years ago. He bought his dress blues(which came in handy since they ended up switching to them anyway) to wear instead of a tux. I had very different colors at my wedding, so they say. I was never told I had to do anything 'special' for him to get married with this uniform, etc. So, I don't imagine so.

His uniform doesn't have to match the wedding colors unless you want them to. Some people purposely chose off-setting colors to allow the uniform to stand out.

Champagne is very neutral and would certainly go with the dark blue of the dress blue uniform. It would be very pretty! I think you could also do burgundy as an accent color. Your non-military groomsmen could wear black tuxes and either champagne or burgundy vest and tie. You could incorporate burgundy into the flowers for the bridesmaids, too.

As far as I am aware there is no need to match the colors. No one in my COC said anything to me about the colors my wife and I had at our wedding and they came nowhere near matching the Class As

No. Do you match them to the colors of the tux? Or the white of your dress?
