I live on a beach and all of my bridesmaids are coming into town from at least 500 miles away, so I've got TONS of ideas. Theknot.com has cute little flasks (they come in pink, purple, blue and green) that can be engraved with their initial on the front. There are monogrammed beach bags. Bridesmaid tank tops. If you're bridesmaids are travelling, you can get them travel necessities like an eye mask, lotion, etc, for the plane trip home.
Keep in mind that you do NOT have to get the same thing for each of your girls. What do they like to do? What would be fun for them? Keep their personalities in mind. And check out theknot.com. They have a lot of ideas.

For my bridesmaids, I'm doing a few small things. I make jewelry so I'm making pearl necklaces for them to wear with monogrammed pendants. They won't cost much for me to make, so I'm also going to do a charm cake at the bridesmaids luncheon. A charm cake is a cake that has charms tied to ribbons hidden inside the layers. Each bridesmaid pulls a charm and the charm they get has a specific meaning. Clover for luck, baby shoe for next to have a baby, ring for next to be engaged, and so on. They sell sets of the charms with cards that tell their meanings. After the luncheon, I'm going to have the charms put in their bouquets for the wedding and give them each a charm bracelet with a bridesmaid or maid of honor charm already on it so they can keep adding charms for special occasions. I think I'm also going to get them nice monogrammed bags to put their gifts in, but I haven't decided about that yet. I tried to choose gifts that I thought each of the girls would like and be able to use after the wedding, but would make good keepsakes as reminders of the occasion.

I am getting my bridesmaids an earring and necklace set to match their dresses, paying to get their hair done on the day of the wedding, and getting them monogrammed tote bags filled with essentials for the day, like bottled water, mints, a little snack...etc.

I bought cute little purses that I felt reflected each girl's personality and stuffed it with girly things I thought they'd like. I put things like sample size lotion, soap, bubble bath, perfume, lip gloss and nail polish. I found the cutest mini nail files. I got them a couple sets of the sticky shoe pad things (it's a technical term), you know, that you put in the toe area of high heels to give you a little padding and be more comfy. I did get them jewelry for the wedding also but I made an effort to make it jewelry they could wear with other cloths too. I wanted their gift to be about how much I loved and appreciated their support, not just to get them extra stuff to use at my wedding.

I'm going to purchase their dresses for them as a gift and was thinking maybe jewelry, like a necklace to wear on the day of the wedding. You could of course do like gift card to their favorite restaurant or to their favorite store too.

So many things!! i would give them all the piece of jewelry you want them to wear. That way they all match and you have fullfilled the thankyou. You can take them out to a lunch or dinner. Get them bridesmaids hats or accesories that say bridesmaid. i love my first idea though

For my wedding, I got compact mirrors then had their first name's engraved on them... fun and something every girl can use. I also got them nice jewelry to match their dresses. You could also consider girft certificates for manicures/gel nails/professional massages, etc. Anything that helps cut the cost of being a bridesmaid is always a relief.

A piece of jewelry to wear on your wedding day, if you have pictures of you with each one or as a group frame it and give it to them with the jewelry. I actually worked a wedding and the bride got the girls each a necklace and a vase for each girl with their initials on it and when they got to the reception the vases were there filled with water and they just placed their bouquets in them- real cute idea!
