I was just curious because I wasn't able to sign up for it before but I was interested in it now.

No. That promotion ended on June 16th.

I think it's over, in fact, I got mine a couple of days ago. I'm impressed because it's really a nice big canvas tote that can hold quite a bit; I used it yesterday for some Holiday sales! Thanks Yahoo!!!!!!! Maybe they'll run in again......
