Entirely dependent on military grade (not necessarily rank), which is determined for the most part by time in.

If it's now similar to what the Army offered a new recruit about 15 years when I looked into it...you're looking at maybe $200.00 per month (plus room and board).

I'm not in the navy, but I have friends who are. They all say the pay sucks. There is a pay chart that shows what you should approx be making.

Here is the document that details the monthly pay and allowances for all naval personnel effective last year. The E- grades are enlisted, the W- grades are warrant officers, and the O-grades are officers.

base pay is dependent on paygrade and time in service. other additional pays and allowances will vary
