Take a time out if you can.....Ask her if you can discuss the problem in an hour when you are both calmer....If you feel you are in danger, call a family member to take you out for awhile.
How angry is she...are you safe?

I don't know if you are just playing around but if this is true, get help! I know of a family that lived in a quiet suburban NJ town that had just such an incident. The family consisted of two parents, two girls and two boys. The mother was suffering from schizophrenia. Back then you just did not talk about such things. Her behavior became stranger and stranger. It finally resulted in her freaking out one afternoon and totally trashing the house.
In a paranoid rage she broke every piece of furniture and knocked holes in every wall. Fortunately, the eldest sister came home from school first because the mother went after her with a kitchen knife. The daughter managed to fend her off and run to the neighbor's for help.
If your mother's behavior is scaring you, get help!

I'll bet she's going through menopause. Symptoms are:
Night sweats
Hot flashes
Mood swings
Depression
Missed periods/no period
ask her if she has these and then go with her to the drs. I know women awho are closed to being committed because of this. She will need understanding and patience.

Moms do that often, especially with teenagers. Give her a Valium and a shot of gin with a twist. It works for me. She'll soon recover. In the mean time, be very, very quiet so she can sleep it off.

Pray for her. Be kind to her. She may be menopausal. Maybe when she has a calm moment you could ask her about that and help her to get some help with it if that's the case.

OK - and how exactly, why and what did you do to trigger it?
How about you get out of the house and go somewhere til she calms down?

Feed her scotch and xanax. That should calm her down a bit.

Have you tried to get her help? That would be the best thing for you to do for her.

That's... not a question.
And furthermore, it has nothing to do with religion or spirituality.
