i'm 16 and my b/f is 18. his mom is always at our house, she brings up the subject of no sex b4 marriage, and i try my hardest not to bust out laughing. should we tell her about it, so i can get it off my back, or just keep it a secret so she doesn't think i'm a slut?

I wouldn't tell her. My mom is the same way, i'm 18 and my boyfriend is 19 and she still talks to me like i'm 13. I feel sorry for you, I know it can be annoying and kind of funny at times. Most likely she already knows. I think my mom does!

What's the benefit in telling her about it? Just leave it alone. She doesn't need to know, as far as I am concerned, and if she's comfy thinking otherwise, let her. No harm done.
But recently there was an article about a boy that was 17, and had consentual ORAL sex with a 15 year old and is charged with RAPE, so be cautious. I am not sure when you live but here in Canada consent is 14. I know most states it's 8... so all that is a factor as well.

Honesty is the best policy, but maybe you should not tell her , feeling like you want to bust out laughing is not respectful to her she loves you both and cares a lot love & sex is not a laughing matter ,of course you are both to young to take your relation to a higher level of just sex , but since you both are working and have your own house you seem to be pretty responsible, as long as you are being honest as a pea in a pod.

I had intercourse in the previous marriage and that i'm no longer happy with it. If i'd desire to do it over and had the mandatory coaching i does not. So if every person can see this heed my warning anticipate the excellent suited one. it somewhat is to be honored. Many blessing's come from this type of union.

Everyone has their own beliefs about sex before marriage. I don't think it would be right if you told his Mother. She may already know herself. Just remain respectful to Mom, I am sure after a while of you two dating she will figure it out on her own, however like I said before it is not something to push in her face and hurt her for no reason.

Good Luck!!

Hmmm..

What would you do for her by telling her? She would probably be glad that you decided to tell her but for a while she'd probably just scold you.

If you didn't tell her she would keep bringing it up.

It sounds like she is just trying to get the truth out of you so you could tell her or hint at the truth, you don't have to tell her all the details though, maybe water the truth down a bit?

Personally I am the same camp as your BF's mother. Sex should be save for marriage.

Technically in most states, he is guilty of stautory rape as you are under 18 year old. And could get into a lot of trouble.

Keep just between you and your BF. Unless you want all Hades to break loose.

Why do you want to keep it a secret? just say what you feel. tell her you know about it. if you plan on having sex before marriage, then dont' say anything but from the sounds of it, it seems like you want to do it. Is that true?

Sure, tell her. Like all other ignorant, stupid people in existence, she obviously needs educating. Be sure you talk calmly and in an intelligent, reasonable manner so as not to appear crazy or anything. Tell her that it's not really her business when you have sex so long as you do it safely, and that you prefer to be honest with her than to let her live without knowing this. She won't like it, but so long as you don't appear irresponsible or crazy you shouldn't get into any long-term trouble with it.

The fact that you have had sex is none of her business. Why in the world would you tell her...and what would be gained by telling her? It would be world war 3 if you told her, and she will try to make life more miserable for you and him than she already is.
