What is the best time for situps other then MORNING ???

Do it when you're watching TV when there is a commercial then get down and do some situps.

Any time one' stomach is empty and with a mood to do it- sit up -can do it.
But it should mot be done when one has pain anywhere in the lower part of the body.

never - you will hurt your back and only men should be doing them if they want to gain a lot of ab muscles (they build serious muscle)
crunches you can do to tone (will not make your belly smaller because they dont burn fat, the only fat burning exercise is cardio) - 15-25reps 2-3 sets twice a week is enough.

Whenever you can work in the time. It is usually better to do them at a specific time every day, but exercise is important at ANY time.

Exercise should be YOUR own routines on your own time. That's how I have to do it.

anytime, sit ups and downs, but not during periods.. you know why....
