how do u make someone who u like so much that it hurts, that it can work n your worth it?

I just want him to relize what is in front of him before its to late.

You can't force someone to like you or have a date with you.You know that.Is hard, but is the real true.If the other person did not pay attention on you, is because the person is not interested in any relationship.If you did the impossible to get his attention and the answer is zero,you're barking at the wrong tree.Sorry.Move on.
