Unlikely to be allergies at her age. Mites could be a possibility. Also, check for any foreign bodies -- grass seeds, small thorns, etc.

Uh oh. Sounds like a food allergy.
Dogs do not sweat but they do things to keep cool where there is skin. Like knocking over their water bowl to walk where the water spilled, or they may walk in their water bowl, or stick their nose way down in the water and blow bubbles as they drink, just to keep cool..
Itchy skin is a good indication of an allergy, and that includes butt holes, too. You might try switching her to lamb, or something with oatmeal. Not the store brands. Go to the big pet stores and talk to someone. You may find out that "specialty" brands are still within your pet budget and better for your dog. No soy, no corn (one of the most common allergies). She may need a short-term antihistamine (diphenhydramine) which you can buy over the counter if this is the case.

Mine does the same thing. If it is non-stop- It is almost definitely allergies. It could be food or outdoor. Give her one of those generic benadryl's once a day-it should help. It works really good for mine.

Sounds like allergies.Try changing her food to a no wheat, corn, soy, chicken diet.Wellness (brand) makes a good food for dogs with allergies.Seems to me like Bichons,Labs, cocker spaniels seem to have allergies.Must be over breeding.

No shouldn't be concerned.
Check between her toes there's probably ticks between her toes that she's trying to remove. Remove them for her. She could also just be cleaning her paws. My dog does it constantly to.
