i recommend not cutting all your carbs, but eat the good ones like whole wheat pasta and baked potatos and sweet potatos...they are the best for you.
Good Luck with the diet!

Low carbs > no carbs.
Read some labels, but don't obsess.
And here are 3 things that have NEGATIVE calories, FYI:
1. Ice water (takes energy to maintain your body temp after)
2. Hot sauce (speeds metabolism)
3. Celery (takes energy to process all the roughage)
Good luck - I'm having trouble not snacking :(

Low carb is outdated. Why are you doing that? The brain and the muscle needs energy for you to stand any diet. Count your calories. Eat 1200 calories of (anything you want) starting out. Exercise. Feel better. Look better.

Well they say when you buy stuff..look at the nutrition fact panel and look at the carbs..lets say it says 23g carbs you would minus whatever fiber and protein is in it and that would be your actual carb intake..so lets say the fiber is 3g and protein is 10g your carb intake per serving is 10 which isnt bad. Peanut butter is low carb, anything sugar free, using splenda as a sugar substitute, anything with lots of protein is most likely little to no carbs.
