This muppet and live people cartoon aired in the late 70's early 80's on MPT (Maryland Public Television) and was centered around a haunted house with a vampire/count character. The big skit that I can remember was "Who Stole the Cookie From the Cookie Jar?" 10 points to the first person who names the show and provides a link to a clip from the show. It is not Seasame Street, The Electric Company, or The Muppet Show. This cancelled show was aired between Mr. Body and Picture Pages. It was a haunted house set with the count, a mummy, a bat, a witch, and other halloween/haunted house creatures.

i have been looking to find anything to what you have said but i cant find anything so im gonna give you a link fo ryou to try to find it. its a site that has shows and commercials from the 70's to the 90's. if this doesnt help i would try and google old tv shows. sorry!!
