if you are looking to fit into something, try going for a loss of inches, not weight. that means you dont need to diet.... you really just need to work out like crazy. work out for half an hour to an hour a day. muscle is much smaller for the same amount of weight as fat. turn a lot of your fat into muscle and you'll fit no problem.

Healthy rate of weight loss is two pound a week, tops, except maybe a couple extra in the first two weeks. So, no, that's not healthy. You're my height and weight, so if you lost 16 pounds, I think you'd look dynamite, and that's about the top rate of weight loss. If you starve yourself, you'll only gain in back quickly, and your skin will be saggy when you lose it. Instead, concentrate on cutting about 500 calories a day, exercising by fast walking for an hour a day, and lifting some weights to keep your skin toned. See www.weightwatchers.com for more information.

First of all think yourself are you eating right. Are you getting proper nutrition. I can tell you, you are not. Good Nutrition is the key for weight manangment. But problem is if we eat 100 grams of food we get only 10 grams of nutrition. If want to increase the nutrition we put on weight. The best you can hope for in that amount of time is 15 to 20 pounds. Do the usual cut back on calories and increase your exercise routine. Also, yoga can really help with shaping your body, so add some of that.

You don't necessarily need to lose 35 lbs. Most people lose inches before even losing pounds. Eat healthier, exercise, and pay attention to how your clothes fit. Good luck. :]
