An 8 pound bag of dry spaghetti will feed about 64 adults. When we host our Pasta dinner (for about 100-120 people) I buy two 8 pound bags of dry spaghetti and we ALWAYS have leftovers.

It's about 1.5 ounces servings per person (which a large amount of pasta!). I would suggest that you buy one pound of spaghetti for every 8 people.

By the way, you can email me directly if you have any other questions about spaghetti dinner planning. It's old hat to me.

Good Luck!
