SSA.gov is the official site for Social Security, but you will probably have to go into a local offfice and sign an SSA-3 form to geit corrected. you will have to funish poof also, ie a birth cert or marriage lic.

Go to your social security office they will give you another card. Call Directory Assistance (411) and ask for the numbe to the Social Security office in your city.
