To me, it seems like free will is the biggest mistake god made, and I wish he could take it back. The concept of no free will is shocking, I admit, but for the opportunity to live in a blissful world of endless happiness and love, why not sacrifice it?

We may end up robots....but we'd be happy robots, and we wouldn't know the difference.

I just can't shake the thought that if we were created, we were created as a reality t.v. show full of hate, fear, violence, and despair all because god let being inferior to him run their own lives...

I'll arrange this from best to worst:
- free will + logical thinking
- limited will + logical thinking
- limited will + illogical thinking
- free will + illogical thinking

Slavery of the mind definitely sounds worse than having free will. Sure, there are problems that result from free will, but free will also gives us the ability to decide how to handle any problems that arise.

Depends on what you choose to do with it.
I personally think it is part of the curse of Adam and also the opportunity to bless GOD through our choices.

A good thing - otherwise, we'd be only creatures of instinct like animals, or else like cult followers.

Without free will, there would be no love. Free will is the basis of love, so its naturally good.

Free will is a good thing.

God created free will. He only creates good.

Well, do you want to be made to worship God?
Do you want to be made to do anything against your will?
I'd say a good thing.
However, I do enjoy living for God, and wish I would become a better Christian everyday.....that is, of course, according to my "freewill." :)

A good thing. The one who is blessed with it should learn when and how to use it properly though.

it's kind of both.
it's good cause we don't like ROBOTS around the world right?!
it's bad cause we have our sinful nature that always chooses to do bad things.

My good sir, most likely "bad" and "good" are very different things to us. I choose it to be good, because if we didn't decide for ourselves, we would never make mistakes. And mistakes are a very important part of life. They give you experience.
