You need to increase your cardio to 30-40 minutes and add two more small meals: one between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner. This will help speed up your metabolism. Keep lifting weights like your doing. Good luck.

You should probably mix-it-up a little. After awhile of doing the same thing everyday, your body will adjust to it and it becomes hard to lose weight. When you make changes, your body will burn the fat faster.
Try eating 6 smalls meals/day instead of 3. For example, have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, a piece of fruit for a snack, a low-cal sandwich for lunch, a serving of vegies for a snack, a salad for dinner, and a yogurt for dessert.
Try changing up your workout a little too. Maybe go swimming a couple of days a week instead of running.
If you are really serious about losing weight, you may want to consider seeing a nutritionist who can help you make healthy choices in order to lose weight. It would also be a good idea to join a gym and get a personal trainer who can help you with your workouts in order to get the best results. Not only would you be getting some help from experts, but you would also be getting some motivation and encouragement by having other people help you.
Another idea would be to join a weight-watchers group in your area who can give you the support and encouragement that you need.
Good luck!

Lifting weights every day is building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Not that that's bad, but it makes you think you're not going anywhere. Better to keep track of inches lost as well as lbs. Have you had to buy new belts or pants yet? But 7 lbs. in 2 weeks is actually very good. Any more would not be healthy.

Sounds like you're not eating enough and your body has gone into starvation mode. When that happens, your metabolism slows down and your body greedily hangs on to every last bit of body fat that you have. Not a good place to be. You should NEVER eat less than 1,800 calories a day if you're a man (1,400 a day if you're a woman), and if you're exercising every day you shouldn't eat less than 2,000 calories a day if you're a man (1,600 if you're a woman). So try eating a little more and keep with the exercise plan.

Either your 11 feet tall and you 343 is a good weight for you, or the facts you gave are not realistic. You can't eat those foods and exercise like that and not loose weight.
Your body will go into conservation mode, but you should be losing some.

you're not eating enough. sounds weird right? there is no way you're getting enough calories that you need, and to compensate your body is refusing to let anything go. and for reference you can only lose 2lbs of fat per week, the rest will be muscle and water.
pls post up your age, height, weight, sex and activity level and i'll work out what you need.
