Ever since my first hospitalization, I need to sleep at least 12 a day. Both my mental and physical doctors couldn't find out why. I have a full time job. My life is work and sleep. Don't have too much time for activties.

Dont worry, I sleep alot too. Its normal, you may go to bed late or eat alot then go to bed and you usually sleep longer. Its no problem dont worry.

Possibly you are still recovering and your body needs the sleep.

Other ideas: depression, low thyroid, sleep apnea, or interrupted sleep from your partner snoring or kids getting you up at night or outside noises. Possibly allergies (like high pollen count). Maybe a low-grade infection.

You need to get into a routine where you go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning and try exercizing alittle (short walks) every couple hours- go for a bike ride or something after dinner. You'll eventually get used to it.
