Yes in fact it recently won a court case over having the Pentacle on headstones of fallen Wiccan soldiers, and is fully protected by the US government just like any religion.

Kind of.... It isn't very popular however, and is not known well through out the world. There are, however, places to freely practice Wicca, classes about it, ext. So, I guess it is being recognized more and more.

In the US, yes. It has been recognized in the courts, by the military, and by the government (there are Wiccan groups that have tax-exempt status on religious grounds).

Yes, it is recognized through the military chaplains in the US military, and its symbol, the pentacle, was just okayed to be displayed on veterans' tombstones.

Only in some areas. Some countries it's not recognised & other countries do not have mechanisms to "offically recognise" a new religion.
