Yes in fact it recently won a court case over having the Pentacle on headstones of fallen Wiccan soldiers, and is fully protected by the US government just like any religion.

Kind of.... It isn't very popular however, and is not known well through out the world. There are, however, places to freely practice Wicca, classes about it, ext. So, I guess it is being recognized more and more.

In the US, yes. It has been recognized in the courts, by the military, and by the government (there are Wiccan groups that have tax-exempt status on religious grounds).
