Earl D: Interesting tangent, but by "believe in Jesus" I'm sure you know I meant "believed he was the Savior - Son of God", vs. just considering him a prophet.

Is there a point to this question? Are the billions of people who DO believe delusional? When it comes right down to it, who among us isn't delusional?

Is this going on here? Malcolm Gladwell's book, The Tipping Point, describes an interesting phenomenon of human nature--our common tendency to attribute the actions of others to some general quality of character. Gladwell writes:

Psychologists call this tendency the Fundamental Attribution Error (FAE), which is a fancy way of saying that when it comes to interpreting other people's behavior, human beings invariably make the mistake of overestimating the importance of fundamental character traits and underestimating the importance of the situation and context.

It's more about 3.5 billion. And since your QUESTION is about Jesus then we have to include the proported 1.5 billioin Muslims who DO Believe in Jesus, just a little differently, but they DO accept and beleive in Jesus, so that now knocks you down to

2 Billion delusional people in the world.

About 1/3 the population.

A minority.

All Christians do is talk about jesus all day
and they lission to love songs about jesus

No, they are not delusional.
They are spiritually blind, and will remain
so until God removes their blindness.
