hello, I had back surger last august. i was hoping things would improve completely...and i havnt had a back spasm since...which is awesome..but every morning my back is super stiff and sore. I worry for about 20 minutes...and then it is back to normal without any pain unless i am bending over...but even that feels more like a stretch than anything. I really have to make specific movements for it to hurt really bad. Is this normal?

I have the same thing. Only mine has increased to constant pain. I strongly suggest learning back excercises and doing them faithfully. You need to keep your back healthy and strong to keep it from getting any worse. Try swimming as much as possible. It really strectches your back and keeps you in good physical strength without any chance of further hurting your back. Just try now to alleviate any further worsening of your condition. I wish you the very best!
