Yes you better get a CPA if your in that business. They will also share info on tax reductions for example mileage on your vehicle better talk to your boss and see if they take out the taxes for you or get a CPA

Depends...if you are earning commissions, then yes, you pay income taxes on it.

If you are paying the commissions for stocks purchase, then no, this amount is deducted from the cost basis when figuring your capital gains.
