Well at least thats what I assume. We've had sex and he kisses me on the cheek and neck and we even have oral, etc but he has never kissed me on the lips. (I don't have bad breath lol and neither does he) Should I just ask him about it or should I just assume he has a girlfriend on the side or something.

We only had sex twice and no I'm not easy (didn't have sex till I was 24 lol) I have needs like anyone else. I just felt it as odd I will ask him. I even brought up people who just have sex buddies in conversation but he still didn't hint that that is what he wanted.

I know how you feel about this! It's frustrating because at times all you want is that nice romantic kiss to melt in his arms and it never comes.
My advice to you, which also worked for me, was to talk to him about it. I simply asked my BF, "I can't help but notice that we only kiss during sex, am I doing something wrong?" He explained to me then that he didn't feel like he was good at it since he hasn't had much practice and didn't want to turn me off. I explained to him the importance of kissing to me, as it makes me feel closer to him than anything else. Once he found out that kissing was a turn on for me, he's taken time to actually read up on the art of kissing and makes sure that he always kisses me hello and goodbye. I've also started asking if he would like to kiss me or just kissing him when I feel like it. That has also helped.
Just have to work with him, be caring and understanding and be willing to communicate. If he really wants to be with you, he'll start to open up more.

maybe it's a preference thing? i personally wouldnt think to much of it. or maybe, seeing as you've done oral... maybe he is one of those "creeped out cuz her lips were on my thing and now i'm kissing her lips which means i'm kissing my thing" kinda people. has this just started recently or has it been happening since you started. if it has always been that way, it's probably his personality.

Time to go get checked by a doctor for disease.
Maybe he has mouth herpes - but guess what? If you have "oral" then you have them too! But not on your mouth!

He might think that he can't kiss. You try kissing him lightly on the lips and see what his reaction is.
