Yes indeed, and often does. Mostly because junk food is nutritionally zero, you have no nutrient to fuel the body so it gets sluggish and you have way too many preservatives and nitrates so you get headaches. Good reason to stay away from junk food.

Most definitely. Living on a diet of junk food, you are actually malnourished because there is no nourishment in junk.. or very little and certainly not the optimum nutritional value your body needs.
We need certain kinds of foods to function at our best. You don't find much of anything in that kind of food and without good diet, you'll feel crap.

yes, i know so, because junk foods have no nutritional value. try detoxing and eating fruits and veggies for about 2 days and see how great you feel in that small amount of time and you will see the difference. Now that I have been eating healthy when I do eat something that has no value I get sick. I feel nauseated. So just try for yourself.

Yes! It is bad for your body, and has the wrong kind of sugars. You will get a "sugar high" then crash.
Also, eating too much sugar will give you a headache. I had that problem when I was drinking too much soda. Once I cut back the headaches went away.

When you're getting not enough nutrients you need and too many you don't need it makes your energy level lower, so you get sluggish. And generally not having the right nutrients can give you headaches, never knew why but it really does.

It definetly can, junk food does not have the vitamins and minerals to boost your metabolism. And any sugar filled sweets will give you a brief moment of of energy then your sugar levels drop dramatically . And you will feel extremely tired.

You are partially right, with the withdrawl symptoms. Your body isnt used to the healthy food yet. It also might have been an allergy to any of this food. Did you eat enough at all?
