"Christians, why do you believe in God"
vs.
"Christians, how you can so dumb to believe in God"
there is a big difference.
I have read some very good and bad questions posted by athiests. Its just according to the person themselves...

possibly this is as a results of fact the final public of folk have faith their mothers and fathers, guardians, instructors, and so on. as a youthful toddler, and don't question their teachings. There are some toddlers that have not have been given this trusting mentality, for although reason. I also have a nephew which will ask you some thing (say, approximately nature), and then once you answer, he will argue with you approximately it. He does not have faith adults to comprehend each little thing, yet maximum toddlers do. So people who stepped forward their very own innovations approximately faith as a youthful toddler and did no longer have faith all the non secular innovations taught to them, did no longer sense that the non secular environment affected them negatively. and people who stepped forward their very own non secular innovations later in existence (often for the time of formative years or early adulthood) felt they were brainwashed. In a manner, they have been brainwashed, yet mothers and fathers try this in many many suggestions on a thank you to their toddlers, no longer in basic terms in faith, some intentional, and a few no longer. i'm no longer an atheist, yet i'm hoping you do no longer ideas me answering.

Well.....you could ask.." How do I find my way out of this awful darkness? Where will my soul find rest? Who would still love me and still allow me into HIS perfect place after I have thumbed my nose at HIM for so long."
This may not work for you but it was the ultimate question for me when I was an atheist.
I don't look for the ultimate question any more because I have found the Ultimate Answer.

Intelligent questions are designed to solicit information.
Dumb, soulless questions, as you call them, are generally rhetorical in nature, and their purpose is to be to make a point and often to be inflammatory.

I haven't seen one dumb question asked by an Atheist! I am not an Atheist, but I think Atheists ask questions that are very appropriate for this section, the "Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else" section.

Well, it does seem rather pointless to ask questions about religion and spirituality if you don't believe in it.
Most atheists seem to know everything they want to know, so I don't know why they bother asking questions.

Anything that that isn't full of contempt and disrespect. I have no problem answering an honest question from an Atheist. I just don't like to be insulted because he doesn't share my views.
