yunashi, every terroist has their own self righteous reasons to destroy & many do it for the cause of Allah. Those are the Islamic terrorists. It is just pride & self righteousness. God is love, I don't think the LORD God of Israel is lauphing about this. God is giving Gaza back to Israel, because in Gods eyes Gaza is a city in Israel. But, now they Israel is giving $ to West Bank, who will or may be taken over by Hamas who will then confiscate the $ & the weapons from them to attack Israel.

The devil you know is better than the devil you don't.
Basically, compared to Hamas, Fatah has achieved sainthood. Hamas, having taken over Gaza, is now eying the West Bank or they will be soon. We can't afford to let the West Bank go to Hamas because that means all out war, and on Jerusalem. Israel and the West Bank are intertwined. It's a lot easier to kill Israelis from the West Bank than from Gaza. That's why we want Fatah to stay in control there, not Hamas, and that's why we're giving them money.

Fatah is currently the best hope that Israel has to establish a permanent peace in the Holy Land. Israel is desperate for peace, and the Israelis are even willing to give up land to attain peace.
They are looking to show the moderate Palestinian Fatah movement that Fatah will be shown favor as long as steps are taken towards peaceful co-existence in Israel.

The government of Israel is giving $ and weapons to Fatah (which means "conquest") to buy time and stay in power.
The current government of Israel is carrying out the amoral policies of appeasing the enemies (even by planning to give up more Jewish land) and abandoning the Jewish population, which is the recipe for self-destruction.
We are at the End of Times, and all that was predicted by Torah.
By the way, according to Torah, all will end well, for the Jews and for all mankind:
"And He shall judge between the nations, and shall decide for many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more." (Isaiah 2, 4)

Fatah is not a terrorist group anymore, Hamas is. The whole situation is a mess, and we should inform the Palestinian people if they vote for terrorism again we will let them all die.
