It takes my computer 5 minutes just to warm up.
Who set this limit?? If you are doing homework,
it could take an hour. Negotiate your contract.
20-30 minutes is a good amount of time. Even
if you are just playing a game, 20 minutes isn't
going to kill anybody.

It depends on how old the two of you are and what the purpose is.

If one of you is doing homework, that's a higher priority.

If you're just playing games, the fun time needs to have a defined criteria for the allowance. For example, if one of you has done more chores, that person gets more time. 10 minutes for each A on the report card, maybe. It's up to your parents.

Hopefully, your folks will be fair and divide up the time according to priority and privilege. A cooking timer is often helpful for setting limits.

I hope you can sit your parents down and ask them to set limits on the computer time, and also the activities. No one under 13 should be using this site at all, because people often use foul language and post really bad stuff just to be jerks to everyone else, but it can be really harmful to younger kids to see that, or worse, get upset enough to contact the offender.

I hope your parents know that letting you browse the internet on your own without safety software, time limits, or their presence is like letting you go to the mall, movie theater, or sports stadium all by yourself, with no security guards around. Please sit them down and tell them this.

Is this a math question? So you get 15 minutes to share. If you want equal time then you should each get 7.5 minutes.
