Whoa! Back up. Boss and the kid huh? as awkward as that may be that sounds like trouble from the word go.
I made a cast iron policy for myself to never get personally involved with anyone in my workplace. Because if something happens in a negetive direction you will instantly start seeing the effects at work as well.
And if it was an unwanted advance then easily it would be sexual harassment. So you may want to watch where you go with that one.

Well you must be attractive. It would help to know if you're attracted to either of them. My answer is under the assumption that you don't appreciate it. Tell him to back off. If he says he's going to fire you or something, tell your human resources person, or the police. If he's coming on to you, then I'm fairly certain that's grounds for sexual harrassment. Somebody else needs to know what's going on so he doesn't think he's getting away with something.
On the side, if you dress in a semi-revealing fashion at all, try dressing very very conservatively one day and see what his reaction is.
Definitely tell somebody though. You might find out that you're not the only one! Good Luck!

tell the creepos to back off, or report then to a higher authority (if there is one in the company) and also having a father/ son work together one being the boss of the other is conflict of interest... a quick phone call to the bbb can cut your problem in half... either that or when they come and talk to you refer to a boyfriend as much as possible, whenever possible... good deterrent of creeps

Legally, you should ask them that you felt sexually harrassed and if it continues, you should write a report and send it to the other parts that is harrassing you and to your human resources represenative.

well, it obviously means that you are attractive, but if you dont like both of them then dont flirt with them or lead them on to thinking that you want any kind of romantic realationship with them. it is tricky, since your boss likes you and he could fire you if you, like, reject him. but, since you are on his good side for now, i would enjoy it.
