Okay, so one of my closest friends has said that my breath has smelled a little bit before, but it usually dosen't smell. Okay well, I've had so many people now who I can just tell from their body language smell my breath. Like this one time, I had to share this booklet with somebody and we had to sing, and she was literally begging the choir instructor to have another book so we didn't have to share, but then again some other people were asking the same thing. I'm terrified to even go out on a date becuase of it... I mean I have great dental hygene. I brush, flosh, scrpae my tongue, and I use mouthwash twice a day. Its not like anyones flat out told me, "hey your breath stinks" well not really at least... one time this guy that I know talked to me and than later when I looked at him he started singing this song about a pretty girl with "stanky breath". But he was singing it to veery girl. Am I just thinking about this way too much, or what? Please tell me, thanks!

well if you brush and floss regularly and still suffering from bad breath than you need to get deep cleaning done by hygienist and even though if you suffer the same problem cosult a periodontist for it, avoid having foodstuffs containing garlic and onion as it also causes bad breath and avoid smoking if you smoke.

Why do no longer you place a spin on it from a well-being perspective-- i understand this is confusing no remember the way you attempt to assert it... you need to tell him which you're worried he could could desire to confirm a periodontist for a gum examine or some thing because of the fact ... oh, then i think you could desire to assert, "your breath smells undesirable." in case you fairly want back out and enable him understand, you will could desire to easily tell him. i'm uncertain that spraying him with breath spray or throwing mints at him is unavoidably going to do the trick.

Talk to your dentist, there are things you can do for it. Also, maybe it's your diet. Certain things like garlic and onions can stay on your breath even though you brush your teeth. Also, tonsilitis can cause bad breath.
