I want to go online and find someone who I can tell them what I've eaten and how much exercise I've had and they can tell me what I've done wrong, what I can improve, how many calories I've burned, and what I should and shouldn't have eaten. I don't mind paying a monthly service fee, as long as it's not outrageous, but I want this person to have some credentials and training in nutrition and exercise. What's this called, it's not a nutritionist, because I'm not focusing just on nutrition, I want exercises too, and it's not a personal trainer either, because they focus on exercise only.

Dear Serena_morris70:

I believe it's an online personal trainer who could give you advice on extra fitness tips. At this website- explains cost and more. Please visit: http://www.kasamba.com/Advice/VirtualOffice/ViewExpert.aspx?ExpID=170030&catid=1016. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

pro-diets.com the site isn't technically open yet, but send an email to the address and you'll be laughing. he's an ex-pro body builder, nutritionist, personal trainer, owns his own gym etc. cannot recommend him highly enough.

Check out http://talkfitness.org , a great community that will help you with a diet/routine and answer any of your fitness questions.

I would say that you would call that person a personal trainer...

I've seen one or two diet services that will provide you with both, suggest you google diet and exercise.

I think you're thinking of a nutritionist.
