Take stock of your strengths (everybody has some). And hang out with people who are life-affirming, not negative people who drag you down.
Recognize that you add value to the world, and there are people who love you and care for you, and you ARE special!
:-) Cheer up honey!

Take some time out. Do a lot of thinking by your self. Do some reading. Learn why you do things... (that is quite hard) and learn what you truly value. Learn what is truly important. Work on self discipline... but in small steps. Set some goals that you know you can meet. Reward yourself when you succeed. Most of all, find the good in you, and make it grow. Do nice things for people. The outcome of all of this is true happiness... something few actually achieve. They think happiness comes from others... silly idea.

I've seen the last 20 or so questions you've posted, and answered the most of them, by sheer chance of fate I just got an e-mail about a web site called catchandkeephim.com. You might want to check it out. Don't be so hard on yourself. Things always have a way of working themselves out. Just be patient. Lots of luck!!!

You should go to the book store and get a book to help you with whatever problem you are having right now. Also you could exercise, that seems to get people in good moods. Go shopping and buy yourself something nice also!

i know how you feel. one of the best ways, i've found, is to call up one of your best friends and talk to them for awhile. they'll make you feel better and if they're anything like mine, they'll make you laugh.
