Just wondering as sometimes I can feel hungry about 1 hour after eating a large meal and haven't really done anything to 'burn' it off in terms of movement/exercise etc.
Is hunger basically a sign that you ahve used all the energy from food and need more fuel?

it means your stomach is empty, you need more protein and healthy fats in your diet - those are digested slower and will make you feel fuller longer.

no hungers just when ur stomachs empty i think. ur body stores the energy u consumed in calories. u use the stored calories when ur body needs energy (like when u exersize) hope this helps... i dont pay much attention in science. lol

no, it just means that you haven't ate in a bit and you need more food.
