I am trying to invent a machine. But i don't have money to complete my invention. Is there a way to get a patent just by submitting exact details of my invention in India? I need Technical Advice on this issue.

Not a good idea bro. That is how ideas get stolen. India doesn't have the same protection laws that the U.S. or the EU has. Sending exact details of a machine with out a patent is reckless at best. I know it cost money to get a patent. That is because you have to hire a patent attorney to look at your machine and make sure that you are not infringing upon a machine that is similiar. Your best bet is too at least get the patent to be pending. That means you have filled out the paper work and submitted your idea to the patent office for review. This process wont cost you a lot of money. It only gets expensive when you try to obtain the actual patent and complete the process. The whole process takes a long time time. Usually it takes longer than a year. While the patent is pending nobody can try to steal your idea because you have filled out the paper work first. The patent office goes in the order they received the paper work. So whomever got there first will get the patent. Have a patent pending will buy the time you need to either save up the $20,000+ to receive the patent or it will give you time to try to sell your idea with out the risk of having you idea stolen. Having the patent pending you will then give you free reign to try to sell your idea to machine manufacturers before it comes time to go through with the patent. That way you make money on the idea if it is sold and the company that buys your idea will pick up the cost of the patent. So at least fill out the paper work. It will cost you some bucks but, it wont cost you the entire amount up front. But, don't be sending your idea to India. If you have a good idea why risk giving it away to India. They will most certainly steal your idea and there wont be anything you can do about it. Just file the paper work and get that patent pending. All the luck in the world to you and take care.
