Your major expense is going to be for prep work. anyone can determine the cost of paint and the paint shop will actually do it for you. It is the detail work and the finish stuff that eats up time an cost the most $ Obviously room sizes differ so your question is not something that can be answered with any real expertise. Give it your best guess and add 20% if it works out that the work is not that difficult you can always refund a little and look like a pro with the client. should be good for many more contracts. Good luck with this.
