a good friend had a thing happen to her and she called upset knows she can tell me anything and I will listen try to help etc. I tell people we all make mistakes and you hear things that get weird all the time. I told her about this web site and she doesnt have time but said it was okay that I come here and ask.
1. Her boyfriend who is over 40 was staying a few days, HER son was gone and due to things they were going to build or make on the 4th they were going to have a few drinks, watch movie the night before.
2. they were having good time , cutting up, but she may have had one too many and doesnt get drunk not her style.
3. it was bed time, (with no son( the guy has plan to get a "little" his last chance?
4.It hits her all at once and to her horror she starts throwing up and must have passed out.
5. Next morning wakes up, upset with herself for she still feels a little bad, has things to do.
6. He took care of her w/ trash can while she got sick/ But her DID her all the way

* next morning he told her he did her
* later she asked that for now on that HE doesnt bring two types of booze
* She later thought wow sick should he have left her alone? Does this show something? She did not want to bring it up to him, he also get upset if he cannot have sex with her, or seems like its alway in his talk when they are alone.
ALL I CAN SAY is that if they were younger dating for a short time, I would know for sure it wrong and be ticked. But seeing her as long as they have, I dont know what to say I think its weird if she is throwing up why he would do that. To me it would be a turn off, her getting better is more important, and he could have waited or this shows bad charcater on his part? How do I advise??? yes she knows about drinking believe me that why she said for now on 2 drinks tops etc

If I understand correctly dispite the fact she was puking or worse passed out he helped himself to her. That is rape. She didnt consent to sex she only invited him over to spend time together. Once she was drunk and passed out there was not consent nor implied consent. She should act accordingly
