It all depends on the position of the boat when reef or wreck fishing and yes the bait also! Also in the middle of summer these places get hit hard by paty boats so it could be the fishingpressure was just to much and the bite was slow.
Most tried and true party boat fishermen want the stern because this is usually where the transducer is located.
So to me it sounds as if it was just a day of fishing this trip!

No fish is very healthy and great source of nutrients for you. It also has Omega 3 which is super good. But having fish every day may bore you and you may get sick of it so try having it every second day and try something else the other days. Don't forget to stay active. The best way to have a toned body is to exercise. Eating healthy only makes you lose weight but the exercise then keeps you fit. Good luck.

First and foremost, THERE IS NEVER EVER EVER SUCH A THING AS A BAD DAY FISHING!!!!! now as to why you did so well last time as opposed to this time....it could be a number of things:
the change in the water since all of the hurricanes, storms, etc
it could be your bait was not as "fresh" as the fish want now
but what mostly fishing with good results requires the most is just plain old good luck of the draw/pole, and patients.

the spot u were fishing on last time was probably a better place then the one u used this year. U should try to get the same fishing spot next year as u did two years ago.

Fish dont always stay in the same spot....they move throughout the seasons to spawn and the weather really has an effect on them ...like hurricanes... you have to continually find the "honey hole" where the fish stay...

You caught fish and had a good time so whats the problem. 100 lbs of fish is a waste even if you ate all of it. too much
