Yes it is possibe, but your main concern should be about staying hydrated. So drink plenty of water or maybe even some gatorade to replenish any salt lost as a result of the diarrhea.

yes this happens to me often, just because you have diarrhea it don't mean you are not hungry, eat something binding like a banana or cheese. Also take some vitamins while you are going through this so you don't depleat yourbody, because sometimes when we get diarrhea we will get weak. Also get some diarrhea medicine. This will help.

If you have diarrhea, you should limit food consumption for about 24 hours. Make sure to drink lots of fluids, like hot broth (beef or chicken) for protein, and lots of water. Avoid fruit for about 3 days, as the fiber activates your bowels more. After the first 24 hours, start slowly introducing solid foods like crackers and toast. Take a couple hits of pepto bismol to help you feel better.

Yes, you can be both at the same time. Yes, you should eat. I recommend that you eat light, avoiding excessive spices or grease. Just because you have the squirts doesn't mean you don't need nutrition. In addition, a more important consideration is that you drink lots of fluids to avoid dehydration.

Yes, you can. You just have to try eating foods that aren't going to irritate the problem.
A good meal would be some chicken and white rice

That's the best time to eat because you get to flush out a lot of the fat and calories. Have a cake or two, man!

Yes, that's totally possible. That's happened to me before. I was sick and had - well, you know - and I seriously had to debate...should I eat or not?
I was absolutely starving, but I thought "What's the point?!"
I ate anyway.

Absolutely. Replenish your fluids first. What's in the pot? Eat, drink, and be regular.

I'm guessing that you should eat something soft just to help get it out of your system faster.
