I've never seen one.
Ram-line only makes 25, 30, and 50 round mags for the 10/22, all "banana clip."
http://www.ram-line.com/
There is a 50 rd drum magazine out there.

That doesn't mean there isn't a 100 rd drum mag out there for the 10/22, but so far I haven't found it.
Good luck.

I've never seen one, but I wouldn't want one if they did. I had a 50 round mag for my 10/22 and got rid of it shortly after using it a few times. What a pain to load. Your fingers are covered with lead by the time you get done, and its just not worth having. If someone has a 100 round mag, I'm sure they get cramps in their fingers trying to load it.

The biggest Mag I have seen for the 10/22 is a 50 round Mag made by MWG. You can find it on the following wed site.
http://www.rimfiresports.com/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=RSC&Product_Code=MWG022050
I have never used it, but it has good reviews. Happy Shooting!

Ramline might; I have seen one somewhere but can't think of it right now. If you want to spray why not just get a can of raid or something and kill bugs, why waste money on good ammo?
